How do I order a custom item?
You can submit a custom request for a product by placing an order on the "Custom Plushie" listing. I will contact you at the email you provide when your request is accepted.
Once accepted and details finalized, I will then create a custom listing for you on my website for you to complete the purchase. I will begin creating your order when your purchase is completed!
What is your current turn around time?
Current TAT is approximately 2 weeks. We aim to ship items sooner, and if your purchase is needed sooner please contact us!
What is your shipping policy?
Ready to ship items will be going out on Saturdays for the foreseeable future. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight.
Tracking will automatically update in PayPal for customers who chose that as their payment type.
What is your return policy?
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Sizing
Measurements are APPROXIMATE and vary, as all yarn is different and all items are homemade by me.
If you are unsure of fit please send me a message either via contact here or on my Facebook or Instagram and I am happy to provide an exact measurement.
Adult: 23" circumference
Child: 21" circumference
Toddler: 19" circumference
Infant: 17" circumference
Newborn: 15" circumference
If your child is on the edge please size up for a better fit.
